(COPY PASTED FROM RikoMitiko, just wanted it to be on my wall so if I forget)
Hents made new mechanics to encourage new things. For example, we now have ore deposits, different from normal minecraft in that certain, specific places have a shitton of ore, the others don't. That's to encourage interaction between players, be it trade or conquest. Other ideas (of which he didn't mention the result) were longer days/nights, seasons (that expands the concept of previous Black Flames where certain biomes were more suitable for food) where the map was edited, for example, to have larger amounts of snow, food deterioration, and the lack of food in admin shops.
The map was updated, and other than being extremely pretty we have four islands: Skave, the north-western and biggest one, Urbana, the south-western and smallest one, Oslya, the south-eastern and second biggest one, and Fraji, the northmost one.
We have 8 factions at the moment:
-Blackfyre is just that. Blackfyre. The leadership passed to Tobberz and it plans to start in an area on Skave where, supposedly, a volcano and lava lake would be (meaning: ores). Members: 12.
-Westmarch is now a vassal to Blackfyre, led by Zoomerenhd. It seems that it plans to stay close to Blackfyre. Members: 6.
-It seems you already know about Wudang Shan and that it also has only one member.
-The Wolf Pack's coming back again, this time holding land. Leadership is Deathvalley101's and it has 7 members. The guys also plan to settle on a river in the south of Oslya.
-The RedDagger Empire's also coming back, this time with actual people (including vets coming a-back, like Ljubo or Polar, which is already back) and under the leadership of Polarnik. It wants to hold the whole of Urbana and expand further. Members: 19.
-Ragnarok is...kinda weird. All we know is its location (northmost part of Oslya) and it's numbers (6), but apparently its leader assassiniv is too lazy ot fill it up or even update it!
-Clan Gurnisson's causing quite a bit of controversy, but it will all go in smoke. I will not say what rule-breaking agreements we're making, because it's like reading the four Vedas in ancient aramaic. It's leader, Gundabad1, states that it's 27 members actually number to 40 and beyond due to 'hidden members'.
