    The trial will begin after everybody sends their delegates, and it will be done via PM, and the location is in Israel ( I think, they may just be hosting it in Qarir instead of their own nation ) The rebels will have a fair trial, and no Greek Fire, weapons, or anything potentially dangerous will be brought (except for guards at the trial, duh).
    Their fate for who they will be given to will be decided after the trial is finished and over. It will be heavily secure, so don't try and nuke the place or assassinate.

    Qarir's navy finally catches up with the rebels' and they are all captured and imprisoned right away. The rebels will have trials, where they will be able to testify for themselves, and public decision will be made if they should be executed, imprisoned, or set free. All are invited to come as jury (send unimportant delegates, please, we dont want entire armies to come for a trial) and decide their fate. In other news, Qarir tries to ally with and increase relations with all nations.

    Accidental Discovery!

    In one of the bars of The Circle a man was to drunk and when he tried to light his pipe his match fell in his alcohol and created an explosion of fire. Luckily it was contained before it could reach the other barrels. The reports are 9 dead 15 injured. The Circle then started to test the idea of a fireball explosion and have created The Molotough (I think that's how it's spelled) cocktail.

    The Israelic scientist, Hindl Vist, wishes to create some sort of water proof material. He wishes for the nation of COMS and the Circle of Ossus to help him with this. He currently has a home he is studying on the isle of Cazumel. He wishes for the finest scientist from each land to come to his aid. (And yes, I only did this so I could use another rediculous name)

    Major forts begin to pop up in the Sierra Madre Occidental, one in the Yucatan, and a huge fort in Panama. Larger and large pits are made while the ice is pulled from the remaining pits to make way for the summer floods. Rebuilding also begins in the northern territories.

    In the Americas, Qarir supplies medicine and other goods to COMS while the construction of a fort in Florida begins. Meanwhile, in main Qarir, 3 forts are spanned out along the border wall and one larger fort in Egypt.
