Help me decode this message

Hello,
I've recently being trying to decode this letter from Game of Thrones ep 6x08.
The letter doesn't really have a lot of value, but being a huge fan of the Blackfish I was very curious for what the letter he received read.
Careful for Game of Thrones spoilers up to that episode.

This is a picture of the highest resolution screencap available from the scene, flipped horrizontally so you can read the mirrored text shining through.

Game of Thrones knowledge isn't needed to help, but is very useful as most words are only really visible when you have an idea of the possibly things written in the letter and the context for it.

This is how far I got decoding so far. Please let me know if anyone figures out more.
I will update the text below with the progress we made (and edit it if people find stuff out)
Please mention the full line you find things out from, along with the dots on words you don't know.
Amount of dots doesn't have to correspond with the amount of letters.

Things I'm not 100% about are marked in red so they can be changed, should they not fit with the rest of the letter in the end.

I want to know what exactly she wrote, since the letter is quite big.
Also, he said she sounded exactly like Cat, which makes me wonder why and how that's written.

In short it says that, yeah.

They decoded the Sansa to Littlefinger one, not this one.
Also, I prefer the structure here a lot more and it'll be more useful decoding.[/quote]
I was just kidding but I will give it a shot.

Perhaps you can see it in the scene where she writes the letter?

There's no scene where she writes this letter, the letter she wrote in episode 7 is to Littlefinger.
