Quickshot doesn't fire most of the time, probably because if you were recently looking at a block it blocks the ability. Similar to how parry used to be bugged in the past.

Also using the ability puts your entire bow on cooldown for approx 15s, instead of only the ability.

Edit: Also on other "Quickshot" classes like Moria Orc.
