I of course expected some backlash. But I am not moving an inch. The decisions are final. Glad to say RPGuilds can finally move forward a gain!

All Decisions regarding this whole bs situation has come down to me. I have never been so stressed.

Some things I wanna talk about regarding our new Sexual Harassment Policy. Sam and I spent a long time making decisions on it and then I put it into words. However, the policy is brand new and is subjected to some changes. It's not going to be 100% perfect. But regardless of how perfect it is or not. We needed a policy ASAP. Sad as it is to say that. Chances are as the author I'm going to make some slight changes here or there in the next week or two. So just be aware of that.

If anyone has any questions regarding it, just talk to me or Sam.

Hey Real, wanted to let you know I have a location for the Boxun Company Merchant Guild, right next door to Froffy Land

Tho the building hasnt been put up for sale yet, I keep talking with rob and I need Sam for it I think.

Anyway Luigi will have one of the highest possisions in it with Forest and Johnatham. Im also working on getting our own merceanery company for the guild to collect bounties and be hired security for events store and taverns.

I REALly hope people are using the new Staff Feedback system we have. I could easily name a few players who have their issues with staff members and are more than happy to talk about it privately with their friends. If you have a problem with a staff member, then you should do something about it and say something in staff feedback if you're not going to report them. Cause talking behind people's backs and holding grudges is just counter-productive. It won't solve anything!!
