Don't bang the wall too hard, my man. You wanna be saving those bang tokens for later.

No intention of destroying the point this humongously necessary wall post, but 150 CALORIES almost equal nothing. Like, if you eat a single burger (not those MacShitonalds ones, a normal-sized burger), that grants you up to 700 KILOcalories (kilo=1000). Which means if you eat, say, two burgers for a meal (although I'd rather go for 4-6) and multiply that by two meals a day, plus some 500 kilocalories for the third, small meal (whether that is breakfast or lunch for you), you have about 3000 kilocalories for one day. Which is 3 000 000 calories. So you better be banging your head for a looong time if you are planning on losing weight that way. I recommend sports though ;)

USA uses just "calories" rather than "kilocalories", which is why quite a few people use "calories". Also, no normal person eats burgers all day long. :/

I didn't say a person would eat burgers all day long, but rather made a rough estimation of the amount of kilocalories a person gains throughout a day. Also, even if those were kilocalories, 150 wouldn't be too much...

Hents said that calories=kilocalories. And there's a new way to calculate this, anyway, Kj, not Kcal anymore.

Also, in your example, you calculated it like the person would only feed on burgers their whole life, or some shit.

@Killmatronix How is it that people are so fixated on those burgers? I made a rough estimation on how much a normal person eats over the day (which was actually a bit to high, I would settle in for 2500 kcal). Also, kJ not Kj. And I know that, in terms of science, Joule is used rather than Calorie... but that has nothing to do with the point I was making whatsoever. The point is, 150 calories or even 150 KILOcalories aren't too much. And people wailing about my burger example doesnt change anything about that.
