Okay pal, I have a few points I want to make and a few questions I want to ask. Points: 1. Being as you were mass server recruiting "inviting people on a large scale" Others not of your staff team, but rather some of the Omcolorful AOT staff team. For example, here is a screenshot of you telling Wanheda to join your server. http://prntscr.com/bbn0r6 2. You have absolutely no way of bringing "bad times" to omcolorful as you are banned and if you or your players come on "you being on an alternate account" and cause trouble you and the players will be banned. 3. Lastly, players remarked with "You knew about that" when Dylan openly stated that you were banned for "Server recruiting via skype." This only leads us to assume and I know in my heart I think it is true because you have the reason of "Losing your staff rank" because Dylan removed the quest plugin. (Btw, that Military rank of yours seems out of place. Oh wait, you never purchased it. Dylan GAVE it to you after the quester rank was removed.) Questions: 1. I understand you do not speak english that well but if you knew anything about a "Rebellion" you would know that in order to do something like that, you would have to be able to get on the server which you cannot. So please enlighten me as to what you mean by "Vive la rebellion" 2. Why are you going to sit there and lie about server recruitment? It doesn't benefit you in the slightest. You and your friends can sit on your wall and debate all day about whether it was unfair or not, but ultimately the judge of right and wrong falls to the Omcolorful staff members, not you. (My last tid bit here, two of our staff members came forward not only "Accusing you" but providing proof as to you doing so."

first of all i purchased the Military Police rank. second Wanheda was involved into the idea of making an own server third: you see that even other players want me to be back on omco fourth: as i said in my appeal, everyone who was asked to join my server was somehow involved in the creation of it or directly asked me for the IP. so if there were staff member providing proof of it, you should check their background, and ask if they really WERE NOT involved to it.

also your "proof" of me "recruiting" people seems to be broken. i can not see any recruiting action on it. only advertising which is not quite prohibited. about the military Rank you can ask the player Aruani as witness

Considering that Wan said that she had never joined your server before, and that you gave her to ip and asked her to join, it's safe to say that she had no part in it. Whether she knew your server was being made and contributing are two different things. Towards your "Players want me back" all I see are kids attacking the network and Dylan because you were banned for a valid reason, based on our network rules anyways. When we say to use skype to give an ip we mean towards a friend, not to recruit players as you have.

so i probably did not see her as a friend? ask her about a roleplay on creative. i had her skype for longer than a month and probably, did i like steal your staff members? no. the all can decide on their all. higher scales? only 3 of your staff members do even know the IP because i told them. You have no legal standing in terms of "Taking down" our website and no way of enforcing German laws to someone living in the United states. If your "Client" has a problem with his picture being shown, he could always delete my reply off of his wall, being as this is the only place that link is posted, and the imgur photo can be edited to censor his picture, but do not presume to threaten me with legal action where you can not.

Your link also states that there is no need for consent when posting a picture that is not in use commercially. Being as it is not I don't have any real reason to change or delete it. I'm not the kind of person to ignore someones want of privacy, so if asks nicely i'll do so. Nothing you can say will have me do so though.

One final thought, Itos himself asked for proof, which the print screen is. Asking to delete is asking to delete proof. As such with the current predicament, what with you acting as "Lawyers" (Should you be a real lawyer I would like to see your degree.) would be a breach on the rights the defense (Omcolorful.) Being as you are accusing the company of false banishment for using our platform as a medium for yours.

If he asked for proof, it doesn't mean you can show pictures that have his image, He did not know the proof contained said images, SO you should of removed them or censor them out.Please show me where on that link when " there is no need for consent when posting a picture that is not in use commercially" Also, Have you heard of Enforcement of foreign judgments,Can you also tell me the state you are located or where this "community" is based? I would also like to see other proof showing that what he did was wrong and that what people said he has been proved with said proof, Because that one image Is not enough proof to do what you guys did, It shows him telling someone to get on the server now then saying "maybe" Please tell me if the person joining the server asked for the IP or was recruited as you say he did, I don't see any recruitment, Only him telling his friend to get on his server.

Enforcement of Foreign Judgements does not apply here as the state of Germany has no personal jurisdiction over the owner of the imgur account, nor the company and I. Too answer your question as to were in your link it says that consent is not required, look at the chart above the tabs listing descrptions of different government policies, you'll see clearly that it points to that. On another note, i've not said a thing towards you not seeing Wan as a friend, but inviting mass amounts of people onto your server is why you were banned. Friends or not, you invited them through omcolorful to join your personal network, and comments from players on the AOT server show this. One comment after your ban being mentioned was as such, "Oh you knew about that?" Server logs can back this up and will should it be needed. Omcolorful isn't situated in any one state, though as stated previously where it is based makes no matter as German policies and laws do not apply. Lastly, your putting yourself on skype makes your picture public to anyone using the program, as either a sesrch for your name or browsing for contacts can uncover the picture.

You also seem to have ignored all of the rebuttal of my colleague wi1dcrd. Which seemed to have shut down all of your arguments and even was nice enough to offer to censor or take it down. Which you then proceed to do what is called a Red Herring or a Ignoratio elenchi if you will. This is when you imply misdirection, change the subject, or use false emphasis to sway the topic off of your failed arguments. Which I am referring to your most recent comment moving on to the proof over the legal offenses aforementioned. You seem to talk big when you don't really understand what you are working with. Before you typed up these comments, you might have wanted to check what you were doing. This image also is not present on the omcolorful website. It is on http://www.enjin.com/ , https://imgur.com/ , and http://prnt.sc/ I insist you take legal action with them. The picture is on these respective websites. You might want to rethink things before you act all scholarly. Just remember that itos can also delete comments on his wall.
