I think we've all met adults that behave worse than kids. Personally I wouldn't judge his staff performance based on his age and looks.

When I say I want to see older people in staff positions, it isn’t just about maturity. Even if there was a ten-year old who was as wise and mature as Buddha himself, I would still not be very fond of seeing that person in a staff position.
