Could be an example of the right thing done the wrong way. If I had a big hole in my pants that was showing my underwear and I was walking around and didn't know it, and then someone shouted out, "OMG! He's got a hole in his pants!! LOOL" And other people join in and start saying, "How could you have NOT noticed that? xD" "Shows your degree of fashion sense! LOL" I'd of course be embarrassed, and also a little hurt. On the flip side, If somebody walks over and says, quietly "Umm. Buddy, you have a big hole in your pants." Then I'd be embarrassed, but thankful that someone cared enough to tell me about it rather than use it as a chance to have a laugh at my expense. Either way, I receive instruction and fix my problem, but which way was a better way to get me to do it?
