When you were a kid ad they asked "what do you want to be when you grow up?" What did you say?

I feel ya, I want to be an animator, but should I not have the skills required, Idk what else I'd do. xD

cracka i would have once said "doctor", and later meteorologist, later marketer, and later filmmaker, and now im quite set on phonology, so that's not always a useful question

I have a feeling that if you become an animator you'd use your passion and talents to the fullest. Go for it!

When I was really young I wanted to be an astronaut. Then that dream fell away. Now all I want to do is pass the next test that comes my way in a classroom and that feels wrong to me.

Having skills and being able to get a job are two seperate things, even if I make some really cool short films there's no garuntee I'd soon be working for a big company. Should my dreams fail though, I don't know what my backup would be,

Hm, well think about all the non technical skills that you have obtained by learning how to work with animation. Information gathering, problem solving, creative adaptation, and software/computer familiarity. I usually try to say to not plan for failure but there's lessons in the most technical of fields.

Well if your gonna use that logic on me, What do you do as a hobby?

I'm either immersing myself in Minecraft or anime.

Wow, I had the same dream when I was younger as well. The latest test I had was me trying to understand what the test even wanted.

But if you want to know what I enjoy to do the most it's to converse aptly with friends (I strive to become a better communicator and overcome social awkwardness) and or gaining appraisal from others.

Well Magi being able to communicate well with others is a trait that will get you far in the business world, if you can do that, and can work with a team, you have a huge advantage. People want to hire people like that! And seeing that your wall is one of the most active and funny ones (with many views comments and likes) I have in my friendlist, I'd say you are on your way to achieving your goal of being good with people, even if online! Never despise humble beginnings, walt Disneys first sketch, Henry fords first bike wheel design, Bill gates first attempt at a computer, And magikarps entertaining enjin wall, I see much potential in you, you'll evolve into a Gyrados yet!

Don't feel under accomplished for being a mediocre person. Almost Everyone was poor at some point, so don't worry yet. All I ever wanted to be was a wanderer, but I can't be
