The Western Confederacy sends a large convoy of doctors and soldiers with a large delivery of food for the people there. The men in the convoy have instructions to head immediately to the nearest Israeli city after the drop-off in case they somehow contracted the plague. The doctors of the Western Confederacy are there to treat the symptoms of the plague, as they do not possess any antidote yet. Sent with them are enough toys for several hundred children to keep their minds off of the terror and death that surrounds them.

Good thinking, however the coastal areas seem to be safe. It's the inner regions which are dying the quickest, and sadly they die faster than they can be saved. The intentions were good, but a beast has been unleashed

it seems that rats are helping the plague spread
