Bloodsworn merchants go south to exploit the resources that Qarir has found, not making any colonies but still settling down. The Rangers join them, establishing contact with native leaders and proposing alliances. They aim to unite the natives under one banner, so that the spread of Qarir might be slowed. The same occurs in West and East Africa.

We are already down in South Africa, and have been spreading East, giving natives gifts and inviting them to join our province, plus trying to gain information, peacefully. You cant just come down here and take all of the land for yourself.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't craft say something about not doing anything in the South yet?

Who said we were taking lands? I'm letting you do all the work, while I simply exploit you. You are making gaining the riches of the south an simple thing.
