Lol I'm not putting an embargo on him, I'm just sending all Colonial supplies to my land only. And if Qarir isn't angry, you shouldn't be either, not your problem

Your wording is basically saying embargo and I think Qarir is more mad about it then you think.

Nah I've talked to them. I'm returning them to the homeland and giving ⅓ of exports from Israel to them. They were content, from what I can tell. It's not an embargo unless you are blocking all good from that nation. I am not selling Colonial goods to any nation, not even Qarir (one of my closest allies)
