As the ice reaches the canal, it begins to collapse into it. The shards of ice splinter everywhere. But, the wall seem to keep pushing. It is moving much slower now, and has drastically been reduced in size

Eventually, the ice stops. At least in the Muscovite area. It stops a few miles from the capital
