Anti-cavalry Atlatls, and "Ptalico" already exist. I believe they were invented by either Rhun, Qarir, or Natural State

How the heck would they know this? They never saw people using chariots again them or cavalry.

Not to mention that these already exist

The atlatls would of originated in the Americas and would be far more advanced. The ptalico is a different style of chariot.

The Ptalico already exists, and Atlatls were also used in Oceanic areas. We didn't know we would have an America, so I allowed its invention. That was in the Bronze Age, now we are in the iron age

The chariot was just recently invented and they've done practice drills and have concluded this and not to mention it's common sense. And these are not the exact same thing as the other inventions, they're different in their own special way.
