Here is a story that runs on imgur. One women run in the street while a car is passing by and a kid yell from the window "run fatass" (typical American spoiled brat) then the car stopped and the kid's mother dropped him and made him to run with the women a couple of blocks while she did driving next to him. You still think it's bad to give physical punishment?
