While he is not required to answer my question, by avoiding it he seems to confirm that he indeed used undocumented workers - making him a hypocrite and such.

There is no logical reason for him to answer your question, and secondly his refusal to answer does not necessarily make him guilty, it may just mean he doesnt have time for you.
