Btw it’s ok, Christmas and Holiday season are basically the same, I just hope nobody is offended by the word “Christmas”

Hanukkah, Kwanza, Three Kings Day, Christmas, St. Lucia Day, Yule, Fiesta of Our Lady Guadalupe, Omisoka. I wasn't trying to give an accurate number as for how many holidays, but while Christmas is a huge holiday, it's not only celebrated by Christians (and there aren't many people who find it offensive anyways) and there's quite a few other widely celebrated holidays this season. So when people say "holiday season" (holy day, huehue) they aren't doing it to be sensitive to other cultures or anything, it's literally because there's just a shit ton of widely celebrated holidays this month/season. This is in December, not just winter as a whole

If you expand to the season, New Year's is a nice addition.

This is why I said that holiday season and Christmas season are basically the same thing, we won’t tiptoe around christmas if some people are offended, which a minority are, with loud voices

I just think its nicer to say "Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukah than just "Happy holidays" . It strokes both group's egos!
