Well, when it comes to strategy i'm mostly an RTS guy (Where Age if Mythology is the best game no doubt) On RPG i can just recommend the whole witcher collection...

Age of mythology smh, Total War series conquer the RTS section.

Only the battles are RTS about Total War, i would call it a hybrid.

Total war is a mix of TBS and RTS from what I've seen so far. Battles are real-time, everything else is turn-based.
