The Republicans are gaining some ground back, the Democrat lead has shrunken a lot since the SOTU

Crumpton won over Republican voters and only with 35.9% of the vote, and he has to deal with mostly Republican constituents and voting base, which means he has to bend to Republican views somewhat to stand a chance at re election otherwise it’s unlikely he will get re-elected, but Senators do have longer terms. The point is if he does a good jobs and works towards bi partisan goals we will be ok. If not, he will be under fire from Republicans and Republican voters.

The extent of control that Republicans gained in 2016 is the likes of which neither party has seen for decades.

And you think republicans are really the answer, and that Bush wasn’t a globalist

Also there is the Supreme Court which is republican majority, we just named a new justice who is a republican, and will probably name several more in the next year or so, a significantly impactful time for the Supreme Court.

Incorrect. Alabama is having another senate election in 2018. The democrat who won was forced to resign due to sexual misconduct. Both the republican and democrat who ran got in trouble for that. Minnesota according to polls will be leaning Republican for the first time in years. I don't think the democrats noticed that. So really it was nothing but a temporary victory in Alabama. Minnesota has both of it's senate seats open in 2018 as does Alabama. The republicans are leading in polls and the democrats who are running are either really disliked or are unknown. Don't start being arrogant. remember liberals thought they were going to win the election for president as well? look where that got them

yes they lost the election but part of that was because hillary clinton was a flawed candidate and people know things about the clintons that made them not like her also the DNC chose her over bernie sanders who was a tiny bit more qualified then she was the hacker alliance saw sanders calling out hillarys ties to wall street as something they didnt want him to say more things about so they purposely rigged the primary for her to win and sanders to lose a small amount of sanders voters realized what the democrats had done these voters wanted revenge against hillary clinton and because trump and sanders shared similar postions on trade infastructure and jobs trump was more appealing to them than clinton this is where half of the won voters came from the other half was the alt right incriminating trump for something hes not by voting for him just say sanders had won the primary instead of clinton what wouldv'e happened again sanders not unlike the much stronger and more dangerous joe biden was pretty dangerous in the lefts brainwashing scheme because he could call clinton out as well as trump. in the next senate race maybe the republican could win if they dont have a driving controversy behind them obviously the left/hackers will lie and make one up but they couldn't prove it. we could see a victory
