And there is still 47 Muslim countries where it is fully a crime to even be homosexual vs 1 Christian/multicultural country where it is not socially acceptable but still legal. Its also not socially acceptable in Mexico and much of Latin America, but some of the countries have recognized same sex marriage there.

Actually I totally forgot.. there are several Christian countries in that criminalize homosexuality.. in Africa. There is only one African country that does not criminalize homosexuality.. South Africa, the one racially diverse country. In the rest of Africa homosexuality is a crime. Africa is 40% Muslim and 45% Christian, the rest are traditional tribal religions. And in both Muslim and Christian countries in Africa it is illegal, except South Africa. But there is not 1 single Christian nation outside of Africa that homosexuality is illegal in. Africa is the worlds most homophobic continent, and in most African countries homosexuality is punishable by life imprisonment especially in Islamic North Africa, where it is sometimes punishable by death. It is both legally and socially unacceptable to be homosexual in all of Africa.

Outside of Africa, the Christian world has totally decriminalized homosexuality.So I have trouble counting Africa.

I think that the issue in Africa is more of an African issue than one that separates Christianity and Islam, because of how the continent is largely made of both religions and is universally persecutory of homosexuals, sans South Africa which still has various problems of its own.
