The point is: do you trust them? Or it's like in Iran; say one thing but do the other?

The left trusts when it’s convenient, they trust Iran because Trump opposes the Iran deal, but they don’t trust NK because Trump is tough talking them.

That doesn’t mean it won’t make more or use its current ones sadly, seems to just be them saying “We’re done testing”

They can’t really arm and use new missiles without testing them and they only have two nuclear missiles, which is underwhelming for the missile defense systems and they would be shot down.

It is a step in the right direction es but 1. North Korea is extremely unlikely to keep a promise without any oversight or incentive 2. They are probably crazy enough to use missile designs that they haven’t tested yet It’s simply about their economy collapsing that they can’t afford to continue their program.
