LOL. This is the most inaccurate thing someone could ever say. FDR didn't want war with the Japs, he wanted to go to war with the Germans. Japan was just the backdoor.
No, it isn't lol. We literally had a German priority. You just can't come up with a counterargument. A conspiracy theory would be saying: "America did Pearl Harbor." Saying we used Japan as a backdoor isn't.
No the U.S had a German priority because they made a deal with their allies to have Germany as the main priority and the others would help defeat Japan afterwards. The Japanese attack on Pearl harbor is the exact reason the U.S entered the war. Hell, if his priority was the Germans with the astronomical support he had during his presidency he could have easily declared war. The U.S was making a shit ton of money from the other countries in WW2. Why would he want to enter a war that only would mean losses. In fact if it weren't for U.S allies, the U.S would have only attacked Japan with Germany as a side job.

Corvus is right that we wouldn't have gotten involved with them if it weren't for Pearl Harbor(another words the Japanese). Anyone with basic knowledge on WW2 understands why the U.S got involved.
This is entirely untrue. Germany was deemed a greater threat. FDR HATED Hitler. We used Pearl Harbor to declare war on Germany. It seems you don't understand the basis of caus bellis and international declarations of war. You cannot go to war with a country for no reason. You have to have a casus belli.

Dude they were deemed a greater threat by the other countries. The U.S main objective was Japan. It only takes a simple Google search for you to find why you're incorrect.
No, it wasn't. Germany was deemed a greater threat because they had a much better military. We easily starved Japan of resources. Show me your source for these incorrect statements.
