I read somewhere that this is the final country to allow women to drive, is that true?

So the answer is no.

But now all the older women aren't going to know how to drive. and with this law being passed they will need many regulations and exams and tests and other ways to create driving experiences that are much more safe.

A lot comes with this law but i'm happy for the women
