The Canadian wasn't that much of a great deal, there is a reason almost no one heard of their actions beside joining D-day. the french resistance was useless without Charles de Gaulle who took refuge at the UK and yet again, got their supplies from America. the UK basically tried to survive, they didn't have the power to return to Europe alone and would sooner or later fall. You might not like it but without the USA you would all be under the German control (not that i think it would effect most of you, after all you 3 are part of the "master race").

As for the UK, they focused on securing their naval passages and resources all around the world. What would be the purpose of wasting manpower and equipment on a defeated continent anyway, when you can build up a stronghold on your island? Sure, the US helped chase Germany back into Germany, but they take way too much pride and glory despite not deserving it.

Luxembourg had 470 men in total defending its borders using WW 1 infantry equipment against thousands of Germans with armored battalions and an air force. France, sure was prepared, but was taken by surprise by innovative German strategies. France was also torn between democracy and communism politically and was economically rather unstable, like the rest of the world too during the great depression. Germany sort of fixed the problem by investing into armament, France however didn't really fix the problem of poverty and falling behind on the European scene of development. France was just a mess, too confident in a series of forts and ancient military leadership.

By the time they would acquire the resources Germany would have developed an atom bomb, making it useless to make a stronghold on an island that could be starved using submarines. Joining the war after the breaking point? The reason the breaking point was for the allies and not the fall of Moscow/London is full equipment support from the USA. Private companies sold equipment to Germany but the government gave away equipment to the Russians and Englishmen. Do you really think a communist nation with money that worth nothing outside the state could buy anything from the USA? Sure the USA didn't send men to die in the war up until later part but you must remember that war isn't just killing till the enemy run out of men, it's fighting till the enemy can't or don't want to fight anymore, which can be achieved by more ways than just kill. Look at the Soviets, the biggest thing they did in WW2 is to move their entire industry east, allowing them to swarm the German armies with tanks. America won the cold war with economic victory, not military conflict. Americans are proud because to be fair, without America Europe didn't have the economic strength to defeat Germany, and would have lost their freedom.

not entirely true yes we listen to your music but we also listen to our own spanish brittish french and a lot of other music some even k-pop ... I personally watch more british series than american but with it is true that most series and films we watch are american but series and films from other countries are growing aswell. The serie I am watching now is british the serie before that brazillian and before that Danish. That we eat your foot is total bulshit yes we have mc donalds but they serve french fries and mc donalds is different in every country. We have some other american brands but than again we have also pizza (italian) kebab (turkish) and taco (mexican). Real American restaurant are non existant but we have italian spanish chinese japanese surinam turkish etc. The products in our supermarkets are mostly Dutch and what normal people eat for dinner like potatoes and rice you cant take credit.
