The two small gates to the courtyard are not able to be repaired. This is also the case with the keep gate, but that repair chest actually has a sign on it saying that is isnt repairable.

Spearman is broken. When throwing your spear, it still says you have 3 spears left, but after you eat and throw another spear, you still have 3 spears left. Spearman basically cant run out of spears.
