I can slay the best of Minecraft players,
I finish them with ease
Even with a swiftness potion,
I still cause you to freeze

Mods, tricks, and far eyesight
Are my only friends
So deadly am I, that most all gamers
To a ragequit I will send​
What, or who, am I?​

This minecrafter's bane finished me off and gondor along with it in the tirith battle just now. 2 gates could ahve been saved if i didnt lag.

The main hint is in the 3rd and 4th lines.This narrows it down to slowness potion, soul sand and lag. I never saw anyone ragequit due to either slowness or soul sand.

Anyway good riddle and congrats to ironarmedmonkey for your new title.

I would love to see another one as well! :D

Dang, that one riddle took me a long time to write, and it was spur-of-the-moment, not planned. If I get new inspiration, I promise I'll put it on these forums. :)
 
the answer is dark, that riddle is in the hobbit, exept it goes like:
It cannot be seen,
Cannot to heard, cannot be smelt,
it lies behind the start and under hills, etc.

This is my fav riddle ever, just cos I got it without looking at the answer, the first time I ever did so in a riddle:

This thing all things devours:
Birds beasts, trees flowers;
Gnaws iron, bites steel,
Grinds hard stones to meal;
Slays king, ruins town,
and beats high mountain down.
