Ban misunderstanding

Hello... i recently got banned for hacking but it wasnt me, it was a friend of mine who i gave the account ot so they can play on premium and i didn t know they had hacks and they were using them on the server. I also know ds_nine who knows i would never hack ... so please unban me it wasn t my fault

Time of ban: August the first, around 3pm
Do I agree with the ban: Yes, I'm guilty. I shouldn't had spammed.
Duration: I was banned for a week
Explanation:
I joined the server and someone started spamming his IP, to push his messages out of the chat I spammed "NO IPS" like 20 times. Then a moderator came on and he banned me without a warning.
