Bonebreaker and Gundabad Orc

So today i have been playing on siege and i noticed that the bone breaker is gone and replaced by the Gundabad orc, an other class i own. However when i tried to take it, it said "Only Veteran+ Donators can play this class". If i can no longer play both classes, I'd like to get a refund and a little point bonus for the time i spent getting the points to buy both classes.
Also I'd like to remind you that the "new" EULA has said that no content on servers could be purchased for real-life money only, however this is the case for Gundabad Orc right now.
