Can't Connect to the server

Whenever I try to connect to the server it says 'java.net.ConnectionException:Connection refused: no further information'. Can anyone help with this?
 
i think it got ddosed again :/

also ironwynd is down too, so there is a chance the same person ddosed both. We have an asshole around, folks.
