none of them are working it is showing the server image but it wont connect

Are you using Minecraft 1.7.9, 1.7.10 or 1.8?

Okay, heres what fixed this same problem for me:

just pick your own windows/ios/linux version, and then do what the tutorial says.
I'm not 1000% sure this would work; but I had the same problem, and this worked.

You sure you're playing 1.7.10 or 1.8? Did you write the IP correctly?
