Today is the day that we continue as just Empire War again.
We have decided together with ClashWars that the merge will be cancelled.
The merge didn't actually happen yet we were just trying how it would work out.
Together with ClashWars we figured out that it didn't work out at all.
There are several reasons why it didn't work out which you can read below.
We had serious plans together to make something big and amazing and it would truly benefit both community's.
It's just so much better working together with someone because you can share your experience and look at things from two sides.
But of course it also has downsides and these were the main reason we had to make this decision.
The main reason it didn't work out was because both servers where already made or planned out at least.
Both me and worst like to do things our own way and don't like to change things too much.
If we would work together with setting a new server up there probably wouldn't be any issues because we would have planned it out together.
But now there is just too much difference between both company's and it's extremely hard to combine it.
We have tried multiple things to make it happen but it just doesn't work out and we would have never become one big community.
The other reason was because of the staff team.
We were already expecting it a little but it became worse then we thought.
The staff also had to merge together and become one big team where everyone accepts each other.
Sadly this wasn't the case and we weren't really a team together.
There are several other reason but the two reasons above are most important and these made us decide to cancel the merge.
It was worth a try we didn't lose anything and neither did ClashWars.
We have done all we could to make this a success but it just isn't possible.
Even though all of this happened, the two communities are still friends and we will still be helping each other in times of need.
