I am confused. So staff agrees proof shows hacks, and then the tim unbans the hacker? Makz bannedd him for 10 days, a pretty gracious punishment if you ask me, and then he gets unbanned? I need clarification, considering it shows his hacks, staff bans him, tim unbans him.
 
While we're on the topic, I only said that he didn't had forcefield. He did had speed hack.

The guy was obviously an hacker: you can't move that fast and I did an experiment on a server (hypixel): i noticed a guy that used Forcefield, so I died and I entered spectator mode. Now, EmpireWar and Hypixel's spectator are very similar as the players are still detected in game. After I entered the guy's vision, he started aiming at me and punching.
Both of these guys are silly weirdy willies.
 
He has easy speed hacks, and the F.F. is not that easy to notice. Any type of hacks is punishable, and speed hacks too. You can see his speed hacks, and why isn't he punished? That is why I am confused that the tibbles knows he hacks but didnt ban him.
 
Makz isn't moderator, he shouldn't really ban people.
Makz never banned him, fj only said he did.
I checked and didn't find it obvious enough that he was hacking.

check the speed he climbed the ladder with, must have been some kind of hack on its own already.
then he fought that swordsman juking the swordsmans hits with insane speed.
might have not been forcefield, but speedhack confirmed
 
Oh, he definitely has speedhacks. But not forcefield. So if you're going to ban him for something, speed hack is the answer.
 
Okay Okay; i can assure everyone that maybe on the slight chance he does not have Forcefield. But seriously tim; please check the video again, he did definitely climb those ladders rather quickly... You must admit that?

He definitely has speedhacks.

His ladder speed was such a small difference with normal speed that it's not really worth banning for.
I'm pretty sure he won't do it again, seeing that if he gets reported again he'd most likely get banned.

It's such a small hack that the ban wouldn't be worth it.
