A lot of people have problems with this.

Spawnkilling:
If player Bob has just spawned, is suffering from lag since the teleport, and player Billy is trying to kill him, it's spawnkilling.
If Bob has gotten rid of the lag and starting doing sensible stuff (like heading towards a flag/trying to attack people/shooting with his bow), it's not spawnkilling. It's not disallowed by the rules, but it's considered a nooby move and people get banned for it anyway. Such wow.

Spawncamping 1
Is camping in your own spawn so enemy players can't attack you. It's not disallowed by the rules, but it's considered a nooby thing to do, and on some maps, there are signs telling you to not spawncamp.

Spawncamping 2
Is camping outside another players spawn waiting for him to come out. This is perfectly allowed, though, it can get annoying if you have an OP tank class.

Our definition of Spawnkilling is very close to that, but not exactly the same.
Spawnkilling is when a player purposely waits on the spawn location of their enemy. (And aims at the exact blocks)
Hitting them as they spawn and giving their enemies no chance to escape or prepare to defend theirselves.

OP tank class = troll. Simple 1st grade math.
