Did Theoden Come Back From The Dead?

In the Edoras map, server produced chat says stuff like "Theoden: Defend your keep!" or something like that, but the problem is, I spotted a tomb in the plains that had Thoeden's name on it, so we got ourselves a continuity problem?

It's just like what happen with Balin's Tomb in Moria, considering this is the battle for Moria where after loosing Erebor, the dwarves and Thorin went out to reclaim Moria, but why is there a tomb for Balin, if he doesn't die for like 50~60 years. So it should have been called The Chamber of Mazarbul, or Chamber of Records.

So why don't we just get someone to get rid of the sign, and fix this continuity .
