When will we see Nazgûl being available to non-staff, and how will others use it (i.e. donator/point etc.)?
We currently have no intention of making it point/donator. Although this might change in the future, I think it's not a good idea, because this class will easily become a nuisance when not used fairly.
If the class is just a farm for kills and high killstreaks, it would be used wrong. The class should be a fun element to spice up the game and add to the atmosphere, without becoming an OP killing machine, and right now I feel like staff are the best way to keep it balanced. We might later make it available for trusted players of whom we know they will only use it properly, under staff supervision, or maybe some day without.
Good question though, everyone keep the questions about this update coming!
i had suggested this to a mod and i just wanna put it on here, if you do decide to make it available to community an idea is to make it equal for everyone. Currently there is no score/system that would operate as totally fair (people aready have points, captures, etc).
Introduce Epic Points. Epic points reward players for time spent on the server. You earn them by serving on a team for more than 50% of the map or something. This would be hard to exploit because of an afk timer. Upon the ending of a map you can get a certain # of epic points. you can add mvp reward possibly, give epic points to only the winning team, etc. idk it just gives a whole ton of flexibility
introduce vote link 4: gives EW loot box. reward can be 1 epic point, 100 points, the ability to use a donor class or point class for one day (a very low chance but idk your choice it would give non donors the ability to preview a donor class and encourage people to donate permanently, and also u can do the opposite of a pity thing where if u get 1 donor trial u don't for another week or something)
back to nazgul and rog, i think it should go into the hands of the people that play the most. not the afk, not the pros, but people who give time to the server and epic points can serve as a system to reward that directly and make it happen. maybe something to think about
