Donator perks and the EULA

Dear residents of Middle-Earth,

It has recently come to my attention that the EULA is no longer being inforced. large networks such as mineplex and shotbow are selling ingame currencies and rank perks previously outlawed by the EULA before microsoft and mojang deal. Now i believe we can go back to selling points and adding OP characters like nazgul and stuff to high ranks or mabye just selling points? Your thoughts?

regards,

I say just add donor helms. Thats it. Even though Cowny's arguments where convincing I knew Mojang had complete control over us and that disobeying them was foolish.

the people who implemented/wanted the EULA left mojang and if microsoft cared they would have said so to shotbow and mineplex the biggest servers pretty much :P

P.S. what do you mean by helms?

Helmets, like with enchanted levels of protection. With the old ranks the system was different, but I was thinking maybe VIP's get nothing, Pro's Prot 1, and Elite's prot 3. It isn't really against the EULA, since Mojang admitted they will not be to picky about the smaller advantages that did not really effect the game. Mojang isnt even restricting it that much anymore, though they still have significant power above others.

Shotbow is shotbow. Just because it is a big server doesn't mean they're right about everything.
And ahem, about everyone in Mojang should care about EULA. Do you now what EULA even stands for?

my point is we now have the flexibility to do as we wish unopposed whether that be helmets or nazgul it is indifferent.

We now?
EULA has not changed since August.
Again, do you know what EULA stands for? It stands for End User Liscence Agreement, and is one of those little from you checkmarked "I accept" when you downloaded Minecraft. Yes, I know, you didn't read through it, you just were like "Oh, I need to checkmark this box if I want Minecraft! Let's do that! No need to read stupid legal documents."
So yeah, EULA is law in Minecraft. Just like your nation hopefully says murder is illegal, (Hopefully they do, praying for ya if they don't) Minecraft says that anything against EULA is illegal. They also have punishments for it, just like any law. So, if you follow the laws of your nation, why not Minecraft?
Not only that, but I think you can get into legal issues with your country if you go against EULA, stuff like lying and illegal reproduction, etc.

NEVER add donator classes again. Everything was so unbalanced and nooby back then. All we want is shiny gear like chest plates with aqua affinty or helmets which are different! We want to be special!
