Double Points Full Server

Getting a point modifier when the server is 90% full would encourage people to join when they see the server is almost full, and it would encourage people to keep playing.

True, but at the same time, alot of players online already motivates more people to join.

The main thing this would accomplish is to keep them playing, and having an extra reason to join when there's a lot of people online is always nice.

This would however be a nice reason to change all point class prices...

A problem with this is that we want to keep point boosters special. If we do it too often people will get used to it and it will lose its effect. I think its best to keep it for special occasions such as holidays and updates.
