I KNOW WHY THIS IS. I WANT TO HELP THE SERVER. I WILL EXPLAIN HOW TO FIX IT.

Tim was messing with prefixes. I remember when I did that. And I encountered the same problem. I did it on my own server though. Tim made the prefix too long. He needs to edit the file to make sure it's at most 16characters rather than 22.
