Empire War Helper rank!

Either way, it's a good idea. The only problem (and i think it's rather large) is tibbles. He no want new staff, so this will probably get locked as soon as he sees it... if he doesn't and this goes ahead, i submit my candidacy XD.

They doesnt have to be seen as staff, they can Only be 25% staff
 
I personally just dislike these kind of helper ranks. Just add new pre-mods, which is pretty much the same as this.

For the rest:
Tim decides who gets staff and who doesn't.

Also, the Builder rank is enough for a helper rank. It is able to fix maps and mute people. Wanna be chosen to be a "helper"?
Join the Build team and prove to be a reliable guy. Everything else Tibbles decides.

ik but the server still doesnt got that many active staff members
 
The only staff I have ever seen online in my period on EW is Timmeh, Titan, Goddeh, Ljboss, Makz and Everybody the rest are like extinct dinosaurs -_-
 
what iz dis ting u call stauff???? How many times has this been suggested... tim wont say yes and wont add new staff who are more active

I think Lem deserves builder. That BC guy built a statue and a small lobby, has been playing for 10 weeks, as Lem has been playing loyaly for 1 year, build the main siege lobby, helped out on osgiliath, edoras, dale, and many other maps that where not around when BC joined. I would give them both Builder Rank, since they are active and good builders. I just do not see why Lem didn't get the rank and BC did.

About Pre-Mods/Mods - Out of all 10 of them, three I would consider "active." 1 or 2 just hangs on the forums (titan and everybody) the other 6 I think are dead, and Only_God is the only really active one... Tim, don't add staff if they are going to be inactive. It ruins the purpose.

Admins - not much, since that dinotydema guy has been dead for over 2 years now. sjoerdtim is active, and lockrules is a little though mainly makes videos about how to build

Overall - Dont add staff if they are going to be inactive. Add active ones. But overall it isn't my decision, it is Tims. (P. S. Helper sounds dumb, since helpers dont help players, they are just like pre-mods but in a more retarded name.)

But you do bring up a good point. Active staff would mean less hackers and less people who cuss, but even without it, wouldn't EW just be normal with the norm hackers and the norm chat pervs? It would help very little and only benefit the whiners who think that if there is a hacker on its the end of the world, and if someone says something chat inappropriate they go and cry to their mommies. Although chat "bullying" and hacking is a problem, I do not see it as such big of an issue as to add more staff. Overall, it is tibbles choice :P
 
BCx7, get active on siege, mute them all and then they won't say anymore that staff is inactive. :P
