I have spend €15 on this server and now I have no rank
on the server I hope you fix this :cry:
 
Have you logged on in game? It might take 45 seconds once you log on, and if it doesn't, don't worry, Tim will give it to you! Congrats btw!

This isn't a new donation, it's an old one.
Waiting for him to confirm if he has it ingame or not, and if not what the problem is.
 
Where you registered on the website before you donated, I made that mistake when I donated for legend. I was on my Enjin account but never Registered on EW automatically counting it as an anonymous donation
