This is the third Empire War Newsletter. This letter covers all the changes that have occurred the past months to keep people who don't check the website often informed about our recent changes.
We will also send these letters to all website members, so if you don't want to receive them because you left the server, you can leave the website and you will no longer receive them.
New Siege map: Edoras
This map has been suggested many times, and has now finally been added to the server. This map can also be downloaded here.
This map contains:
- 4 flags
- 10 unique spawns
- 4 Uruk-hai classes
- 4 Rohan classes
- Flag order
- Flags very close to eachother, less walking, more pvping
This map will be improved the following weeks, we will be testing things to make the map as enjoyable as possible.
Laketown Progress
We have been working on Laketown also, which isn't made during a build day but instead built by a lot of Empire War & EpicQuestz builders on the spot.
We hope we can release this map for download somewhere near the "The Hobbit: Battle of Five Armies" cinema premiere, and to add it to the server near the end of December/start of Januari.
We also want to thank all builders for helping us work on this map, your help is highly appreciated!
Store improvements
We've been improving some of the store features and been adding some new items to purchase.
This includes some new artwork for the ranks and other items, and some extra rewards for ranks.
We've added Boosters that increase gold/point earnings for everyone online and we have improved the donation system.

2nd Birthday
As most of you may remember, on the 11th of November 2012, the siege server was first opened publicly. A couple of weeks ago we therefor celebrated our 2nd birthday!
We had some events concerning Laketown and Smaug, and some normal Spleef/Race/Snowball Fight events on the Event server and everyone had a lot of fun!
Thank you all for staying with us for this long, it's been an amazing journey since we started this, we've met many new people and added many new games and maps to the server.
EpicQuestz Christmas Calendar 2014
EpicQuestz announced on Twitter and Facebook today that they will be doing a Christmas Advent Calendar this year. They will also be using the #EQAdvent2014, so be sure to spread the word!
Be sure to be already subscribed to the EpicQuestz Channel to be notified when it starts!

It's been another couple of progressive months, but since school started a lot of our progress has been slower. Don't worry though, we will still keep improving our servers!
