Here are some old suggestions that got completely ignored, but are actually not that bad.

For the first point, maybe what can be done is Vale Archer for the first bunch of flags, then switches to Citadel Guard for the final two flags. This would definitely add variety on the map for Gondor.

Citadel guard just has to be renamed to King's Guard as Citadel guard has a completely different helmet

i dont think that they got ignored.
The lsat one for example was a copy of another thread with the sam idea which the staff simply refused (i believe it was coz its too confusing for new players).

Citadel guard just has to be renamed to King's Guard as Citadel guard has a completely different helmet

weta workshop calls that helmet the Kings Guard helmet but they really are known more as the Fountain Guard with winged helmets. But yeah Citadel Guard in the lore is just the standard iron helmet with different engravings, rename it tim!
