They can't defeat Hodor who will teleport to Castle Black and kill everyone who stabbed Jon, and then revive Jon with his Hodor spells.
His last words in Dance were "Ghost". If anyone has been teleporting its Littlefinger and Varys.

Jon will definitly return, he is, alongside Tyrion, Bran and Daenarys (dunno if that's spelled right

I used to stick to the Ghost warging theory, but since they didn't have Ghost near and his last word being "Ghost" in the snow, I doubt that's happening.
I'm 100% sure he's death, but I'm also fairly sure he will return. Weather by Warging, Mellisandre or the Others is still unknown to me.
