So yeah, discussing again now about gaming keyboards, gaming mouses, gaming pads etc. in pc-gaming.

How do these differ from original mouse and board?
By many ways. First they are usually pretty good quality tools( think about the idea of raging WoW player who almost punches keys and think about how important it's for fp player that your mmouse is very exact.Logical, right?)and gaming keyboards usually have backlights too so gaming in the dark isn't problem. Also they very often has proggrammable macros which also help a lot. Then if we go hudreds of euros costing boards there are all kind of tools in them but the basic idea of them is that they help your gaming compared to normal boards or mouses. Costs start from tens of euros and the most valuable are some hundreds of euros.
I have both gaming mouse(logitech G400 optical mouse) and gaming keyboard (logitech G105 keyboard). In my opinion they are very suitable to be pretty cheap (mouse costed about 40 euros and board about 60 euros) and they have macros and board has backlights too. Also the macro program(logitech gaming program)is very good and handy.

I found today how to set some macros on minecraft when had before problems about finding right files so now uniting can become even faster(one key+enter pressing is pretty damn fast job) so be prepared :D I also use them in BF 3 as knife for instance is far easier to use when it's in mouse, not on the board(I really suck finding right keys on the board).

So discassion,own experiences etc.,please.
edit:tried today and realized that actually I can simply make key combinations for commands(unite, suicide etc.) so actually I can just click one little key instead of typing the command. :D Try now kill me before I use /unite!

I use a laptop and sometimes use a trackpad. But I can still fight.

edit:in mc you don't really need these except that you can put some nice commands to single keys(/unite for instance). In battlefield for instance there are far more useful keys which you want press very quickly(knife, grenade etc.).Haven't still created yet key combinations for BF though.

MC

i have never used a gameing mouse or keyboard my tech is limited to a standerd 15 dollar HP mouse and my laptops built in keyboard. i do have a few things that i can use if i want an advantage like a 2nd screen (for dynamaps) and mods like optifine.

Standard quirky keyboard and a Logitech ball mouse (mouse is stationary you move a ball on the mouse)

Using a simple Dell keyboard for 6 years now (On this computer and my previous one) And it works like a charm. Cost me 15 euros, is simple, doesn't make much sound, and is easy to clean. The thing I can not stand is low quality mouses. I'm using a 50 Euro CM Storm Inferno Gaming Mouse with 4000 DPI Twin laser sensor. No mouse pad as that is unnecessary, it's moves very smooth on any flat surface that has no dust on it. I'm using a Samson C01U Condenser Microphone with stand an pop filter.
And 2 LG L222W Monitors.

(Picture of my beauty down below)

I use a simple BlueTrack mouse with my couch cushion as a mousepad, as well as a built in keyboard on my laptop.

I don't see the need for all that fancy stuff, really.

Dont use a mouse at all. :D

That mouse looks far to complicated, too many buttons. What do they all do? One to open folders one to draw back a bow, one to time travel, one to open a worm hole……

Razor Naga, ROCCAT Isku Keyboard, look them up. (They're both gaming mouse and keyboard.)

Mine is very simple, but works really well!

Also, I've recently purchased my new Microphone:

Bought yesterday this (Samsung T27A950 27" 3d tv monitor)
c26-TA950-1-l.jpg

with only 300 euros. The reason why it was that cheap was that it had been sample model and pretty old model so store really wanted to get rid of it :D However realized that is 60hz monitor so can't use light boost hack and using 3D in fps's doesn't work well enought. However got own tv, 3D for movies or games which don't need such quick reactions and colours are also great.

I'm using xtrust gtx 14 and a4tech g800 with totally costs about 150 polish złoty which is about 35E. Mouse have 2 bendable keys and speed changer and keyboard have about 15. The biggest plus of keyboard is that it have silicon was which help a lot in darkness.
