So basically, I want to start coding.

I want to start it to use like java script animating etc. and I know it's not easy (Tim :P )

I'm not really sure were to start or if there is a good website for me.

So anyone who knows coding, even Tim, can just tell me a good website to start?

Just a question:

What kind of coding? Making plugins, making websites or something else?

This page any good?

http://groups.engin.umd.umich.edu/CIS/course.des/cis400/

I wouldn't know, i have never dabbled in the programming world.

I started using a plugin named Skript, making it a hell lot easier. But I am/have moved a lot of my coding to the new CWS (ClashWars Script plugin) system. Skript: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/skript/

Sort of coding to make games and java scripst etc. also mods and plugins.[/quote]

Best is to start of with easier codes, like HTML etc.

I did, program something easy once on a programming game called scratch you can make games ect on it

If we're going with easy programming i could say i'm a pro at using Mission Maker - but it is such a dumbed down program you can't see the code, so in reality it isn't really learning the language. Thus saying "I'm a pro" is a invalid comment.

If you're someone who likes to see results and pump out working products as you learn that are more than just silly little animations and/or text output, I highly recommend learning any of Unity's supported languages (Java and C#) along with Unity itself. I've found that, in creating things with Unity, I've run into problems and had to solve them myself - a far better teacher than any tutorial or structured lesson on the internet :P
