so I hear a lot of people well when I mention vets someone says ok so you're saying that new people aren't good and no not at all i'm saying it's sad that they've left and yea... I talk about vets because i'd like to let new people know of what the past was like heck i'd write a entire article on the golden age and after AKA the time I joined to now so ye also I know a lot of people say you're not a vet well I joined during the beginning of the golden age and that was a long time ago so anyway hope that explains enough
 
Yeah I don't really think it's all about your joining date. Even if you joined like two years ago, if no-one knows you, you won't be accepted as a veteran.
However, if you do were a social person, who talked to a lot of people and thus is known by others, (For example, if you're very active on the forums, you'll definitely be known) you would be accepted as a veteran, sometimes when you're only just here for a small year.

Anyways, this should be on your wall, but hey, people like to give their opinions about such matters, so I'll give them a day to do so before I'll close the thread :3
(And as Stormray said, you may use punctuation, makes reading your sentences a lot easier as well make you look a whole lot more mature).
 
I've been here for a year, and I like to think of myself as a veteran (even though most probably dont) and I think that one of the reasons lots of people know me is that i am pretty social. the other is that i can be a royal pain in the ass.
 
I've been playing on EW sometime since September (ish) 2012, and I didn't join the forums until late July last year. I don't really consider myself a vet mostly because I wasn't the most social back then, and there are far more experienced people than me. Really, the community decides if you're a vet or not, so I'll just leave it up to them to decide.
 
And, as all the vets watch, a single "non-vet" rises up, and takes control of the leader-boards. . . the "vets" are astonished, for it was phenomenal. They never though they would have been beaten by someone from out of their order. . .

And thus, the order of veterans descends into chaos and disorder, while a new political party emerges, the. . .

Ive been playing Siege for a few years, yet i didnt join the forums till a few weeks ago.
 
and stormray I do see you as a vet theres more then just joining early in the servers existence you gotta know how the server was is and works and quite frankly you guys aren't gonna get rid of me just saying i'll stay until it's just me and the staff vets and a bunch of guys who are like golden age what oh wait there was a time when EULA wasn't the dominating factor what and i'll start on the punctuation next time I post and quite frankly a lot of the people who remember my joining date got banned left ect honestly the only people left who remember and you might talk to are titan tim god and the one slightly active one who probs forgot agencolar I think it is but ye weby az DS (no one remembers DS xD) I think arak might remember actually and hes still on but lets just say i've sat in the background watching the flame wars the bans the goodbyes never will I forget

I feel the same, i was inactive my first 0,5 years on EW, when sooooo much happend, so idk that much about the server

There in lies the still a noob and the pain in the ass part... i must say, that as soon as i stop spending all my free time on the forums and actually play enough to accumulate points, i'll start paying all u awesome people back from my nooby, poverty stricken, horrible at pvp and life days.
