I cannot join the Server

I was recently unbanned, but none of the IPs work. I have tried all three IPs (mc. empirewar .org said I was banned, lotr. empirewar .org wouldn't connect, and the numbered IP said no connection). I also tried using different versions of MC besides 1.8, that did not work either. Can someone please help me?

The mc. empirewar. org IP said "Kicked whilst connecting to lobby: The Ban Hammer has spoken!".

lotr. empirewar. org IP said "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException".

Numbered IP said: "java.net.ConnectionException: Connection Refused: no further information:".

That just brought up the same error message as lotr. empirewar. org.

Then maybe you're not unbanned? I mean, it does say the Ban Hammer has spoken.
