I got muted for gg once. And get warning by "...".

I once got muted... I made two different sentences with the 
face and got muted by the plug-in for that.

The way the auto-mute works is that it is primarily geared towards spam. If you say the same message within X amount of time, it will mute you for it. So things like emoticons, lol, ..., gg, and the like get caught.
Can you make exception list? Or timer? I can see that people can spam and get nothing.
