What's that attached file? It seems to be 0 seconds long.
And are we talking about fps/ms lag?
If it's fps, try to cut down on your graphical settings and see if you have any applications that you're not using taking RAM. Also, you could try to assign more RAM to MC.
If it's ms, it's connection, and that's solved either by upgrading your internet or moving closer to the server
